CMM provides GCI certified ministry coaches to support and guide church planters. CMM also trains men and women to serve as ministry coaches.
Why ministry coaching?
Research indicates that when combined with training, coaching yields significant gains in ministry skill, productivity and relationships.
What does a ministry coach do?
A ministry coach is not a mentor, consultant, or supervisor. Rather, a coach listens to discern, then asks questions to help the person being coached in these ways:
Discern and obey God's will
Discover and faithfully utilize in God's service spritual gifts, life experiences and other resources
Clarify thinking, identify goals, stay on target and maintain balance
Measure (and celebrate) forward progress and find solutions to problems
Be affirmed and encouraged
Be held accountable
