This 5-day event is CMM's primary training tool. It helps prospective church planters and planting teams explore the principles and practices of starting new churches.
Seminars for parent & partner churches
Church Multiplication Vision. This seminar reviews biblical foundations for multiplying new churches, describes GCI's church planting vision and explains processes and programs for multiplying new churches
Preparing to Parent or Partner. This seminar explains the seven traits of a healthy reproducing church and helps congregations identify and overcome obstacles to starting new churches
Developing a Healthy Parenting Process. This seminar examines the steps in starting a new church:
Vision clarification
Preparing congregations to parent a new church or partner with a new church
Identifying new church leaders
Assessing, coaching and training new church leaders
Developing a startup plan
Gathering key ministry leaders
Church Planter Coach Training. This seminar trains people to serve as coaches of church planters and other types of ministers. Emphasis is placed on learning the 5-Rs of coaching and on the two primary skills of coaching: listening for understanding and asking good questions.
